A sampling of past “mid-century charming” listings that I have successfully sold through the years. What is a mid-century charmer? I have had to sell several homes that, although not “modern” in design, are still loaded with 1950s charm! I call these, “mid-century charmers!” Charmers can be found all over the city in great numbers, and represent practical, attractive, well-designed, and well-built homes that have stood the test of time, and will be wonderful homes for decades to come!
Some homes fit into both categories of mid-century charming and mid-century modern, and you can find them listed in both spots!
I have left these pages up after the sale so that you can enjoy the wide variety of designs among these homes (lots of great photos to be inspired by) and so that you can get an idea of the effort and care that I put into marketing mid-century homes.
